1. Use of the service
NEO provides AI-assisted operations, automation, workflow planning, content support, analysis, dashboard tools and execution guidance. Users must use the platform lawfully and responsibly.
2. User responsibility
Users remain responsible for decisions made using NEO outputs. NEO can assist, recommend, generate and automate, but the user is responsible for reviewing important actions before relying on them.
3. Autonomous actions
Actions involving money, contracts, legal duties, customer communication, account changes, sensitive systems or public publishing should require human approval before execution.
4. Prohibited use
- Illegal activity or fraud.
- Spam, abuse or unauthorized mass messaging.
- Attempts to bypass security controls.
- Uploading data the user does not have rights to use.
- Using NEO to harm systems, accounts or people.
5. Platform changes
NEO may modify features, pricing, limits, integrations and availability as the product evolves. Some roadmap features may not be available immediately.
