NEO may collect account details, login data, project information, dashboard activity, usage limits, billing references, messages sent to NEO, automation history, uploaded files, generated outputs and preferences required to operate the platform.
2. Operational memory
NEO may store operational memory so the system can remember projects, instructions, preferences, decisions, prior workflows and recurring patterns. This memory exists to improve continuity and reduce repeated setup.
3. Third-party processors
NEO may use external providers for AI models, hosting, authentication, payments, storage, analytics, communication and media generation. Examples may include infrastructure providers, AI providers, payment processors and messaging platforms.
4. What NEO does not sell
NEO does not sell personal data. Data is used to operate, secure, improve and support the service.
5. User control
