1. How to request deletion
Users may request deletion by contacting support with the account email, user identifier if available and a clear deletion request.
2. What can be deleted
Account data, operational memory, project context, preferences and user-provided content may be removed according to the deletion process.
3. Retention exceptions
NEO may temporarily retain security logs, billing records, abuse-prevention records, backups or technical records where needed for compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling or service integrity.
4. Processing time
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed as reasonably as possible. Backup systems or logs may take additional time to cycle out.
